-Support for standard WAV samples instead of RAW.
-Auto mode. Generate randomized pattern data on-the-fly.

- ADDED: Realtime VU meters in playback mode.
- ADDED: New landscape mode layout. Info area height decreased, more room for pattern data.
- CHANGE: Copyright text removed from edit mode UI, more room for pattern data.
- CHANGE: Startup mode changed from play to edit. Go automatically to edit mode on New.
Fixed issues:
- FIXED: Dont show horizontal scroll bar in edit mode if not necessary.
Known issues:
- BUG: Screen update performance and audio sync could be better..
- TODO: Do separate tick size settings for portrait and landscape modes (for e.g. E90)
