I just compiled the whole application from the scratch and now it seems to be working. I also updated the version number from v1.20.02 to v1.20.03 just to know which one is which. No other changes besides the updated certificate. If there still are any installation issues with this new package or sample kit packages, please inform me immediately!
About server issues.. There may still be breaks in the service and some hassle with DNS updates, etc. Please be patient and try again later if the page is down.
